Liz Johnson

Liz Johnson is a seasoned finance executive with more than two decades of experience leading FP&A, accounting, and operational strategy for private equity–backed and growth-stage organizations. Known for her thoughtful leadership and strategic insight, she excels at building scalable financial systems, restructuring operations for growth, and partnering with CEOs, boards, and investors to drive enterprise value.

 

During her seven-year tenure at Naylor Association Solutions, Liz held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, where she led the modernization of financial systems, improved forecasting and reporting, and aligned finance operations with the company’s strategic goals. Now serving as a Fractional CFO with Greenleaf Advisory Partners, she helps companies navigate transitions and scale sustainably, bringing clarity, discipline, and collaboration to every engagement.

 

A Tufts University graduate, Liz balances analytical precision with a people-first approach to leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her daughter, Sullivan—their favorite destination so far is Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where they celebrated with family among the lavender fields.
